I was so happy to have the opportunity to photograph a few plates & meet Chef Shanaan at Maka by Mana last week during a visit to Maui. The atmosphere in this mostly raw vegan Paia eatery is so bright & the food incredible. If I lived on Maui I’d be a very happy regular here!
